  • Upper East Side Landmark Townhouse Renovation

    Interior & exterior renovation of landmark 24,000SF townhouse located in the Upper East Side Historic District. Collaborated with an international team of consultants and suppliers to complete a complex interior renovation, exterior restoration and mechanical upgrade.

  • Landmark Gramercy Park Condominium - Penthouse Pool Removal & Waterproofing Project

    Engaged by Property Management firm to coordinate investigation of widespread leaks in luxury landmark condominium. Managed team of professionals relating to the removal of an existing penthouse pool and landscaped terraces. Restoration of structure and finishes.

  • Trinity School Expansion and Renovation Project

    LEED Certification

    Represented Owner’s interests for the design and construction of a new two-story 57,000SF addition constructed above the existing turf field. The addition provided much needed new classrooms, science labs, performing arts center and common/administrative spaces. The project included targeted renovations of the upper school and historic buildings.

  • Donald Judd Studio Museum, 101 Spring Street

    Lucy Moses Award, New York Landmarks Conservancy

    Directed Project Team to achieve a program in which the design integrity of the interior and exterior of the 1860 structure was maintained through the course of the restoration. The five-story cast iron warehouse is located in the SoHo Historic District. Collaborated with a multidisciplined consulting team, created preliminary and control budgets, worked closely with CM on buyouts, schedules, contracts and monthly cost reports.

  • Rockefeller Brothers Fund Corporate Offices

    LEED Platinum Certification

    Advised RBF in matters relating to team building, contracts, budget, schedules and management of the construction of their 29,000SF corporate headquarters. Worked closely with client to deliver the Project substantially under budget and on time, despite multiple challenges. Actively pursued sustainable goals with management of 1960’s era building to achieve LEED ® Platinum Certification.

  • Union Square North End Re-development Project

    Norman Buchbinder Community Beautification Award 

    Provided project management services relating to the redevelopment of national historic monument. Scope of work included expanded Plaza, restored Pavilion, Playground, new Comfort Station and improvements to the Greenmarket. 

    Partnered with the Union Square Partnership (BID) and NYC Department of Parks & Recreation to manage the Project design, funding and community/governmental approvals process. Assisted partners in structuring funding agreements, drafting complicated Donor Agreements and NYC pass through construction contracts.

  • 998 Fifth Avenue Exterior Restoration Project

    Lucy Moses Award, New York Landmarks Conservancy

    Represented Owners’ interests during pre-construction and managed the exterior restoration of the thirteen-story landmark McKim Meade & White residential building including replacement of the original copper roof and terra cotta cornice, full replacement of cornice support structure, full limestone façade and window restoration.

  • Randall’s Island Sports Fields & Infrastructure Development Project

    Partnered with NYCEDC and NYC Department of Parks & Recreation on behalf of client, the Randall’s Island Park Alliance. Provided pre-construction and construction project management services relating to the development of 300 acres of NYC parkland, including 64 state of the art athletic fields, comfort stations, electrical substation, roadways, pedestrian pathways, lighting, salt water and freshwater wetlands and supporting infrastructure. Interfaced with Island private and public stakeholders to accomplish project goals.
